That's about where blood glucose is dropping down to levels at which the body 
is starting to mobilize fat. If you press on, you'll probably experience a 
"second wind" effect, but you'll have changed fuel metabolism somewhat. A 
granola bar isn't enough if you want to maintain carbohydrate fuel supplies. 
Maybe four to six granola bars, or some grain (couple of pounds) or 2-4 oz of 
CarboCharge. Once you opt for this energy pathway, you'll have to keep 
supporting it in like manner every two hours.
