WORRIED ABOUT FOUNDER
   Hi all,
My mare got out last night and decided to help herself to the corn. She
probably ate about 15 to 20#s.I'm guessing. It doesn't look like she is going
to colic. Good appetite good gut sounds. I'm really worried about founder.
This evening, her fetlocks were stocked up. I lounged her some then took her
for a short ride to help with circulation. She is sound. My vet said to just
keep an eye on her. Is there anything else I can do? Would it help to walk
her during the night?
Lori Cox and Kidette I love corn, can I have some more please?
