Trail warning terminolgy

"Duck" works quite well - until you are riding by a canal populated by
nesting ducks :-).  We had some amusing confusion when well trained
riders would lower themselves as the leader shouted "duck" to warn of the
impending flight of ducks.  We soon settled on the trem "quack" for that
situation. 

Once again, this helps prove that distance riders are amused somewhat
easily on long training rides :-).
