Has she considered sending it in to  AIR.....they are the guys who give out
the Ignoble Prizes at Harvard every year.  I always forget what the letters
stand for  Annals of Irreproducible Research or something like that.  They
have a website that is really funny and this fits right in.  Motto is
something like, Research that cannot or should not ever be reproduced.  When
that guy in Malaysia wiped out Barings Bank, they gave him an Ig in
Economics.  This sounds right up their alley.
