Conditioning my 18 year old Arab

Hello my name is Caroline,
		I'm 14 years old and have an 18 year old Arabian, gelding. I have gotten
many emails from people about my question but was wondering if you could help
me. If you could please send me some more specific info about how I should
condition my 18 year old arab I would really appreciate it.
