I am sending this message from British Columbia, Canada. I am a premie-newbie, having only one season of CTR under my belt. I have have a senior citizen arab/QH who has done very well but I hate to push him ( he's 20) to try a 25 mile endurance - even after lots of conditioning. I also have a young Tennessee Walking Horse - does anyone have any advice on conditioning a walking horse? Has anyone had any success in endurance on a Walker? I would love to hear some stories. As I hope to try endurance this year - novice rides of course - and I'm getting long in the tooth myself - I need comfort..... I've been reading the 'Saddle Survey" - what's a SR Enduro?
