Bondstreet saddles/questions/more on the great saddle search!

I called the horsemall/westmall today re: a thorowgood endurance
saddle for my short-backed boy who only likes it when I ride bareback.
(Remember, he's the one who is a slug under saddle, well I rode Sun.
on the bareback pad and he was breathing fire!) So this guy at the
horsemall thinks that saddle gussets are too long, hit him in the
loins and wants me to try a bondstreet saddle, made with short
gussets, (at the low, low price of $1500) they give a 14 day trial,
and want you to really ride and try the saddle. (trails, woods,
whatever.) However, I am still inclined to at least try the thorowgood
(for about $1000 less, it seems like it's worth the try) but has
anyone ever ordered from this company, or used a bondstreet saddle.
(They are made in England, and the store/distributor is in Conneticut.)
