Girthing

Nancy,

I'd almost agree with you.  All of my geldings are good to girth up but all
of the mares I have had are bitchy.  I had one that used to bite until I
taught her otherwise.  She never really got out of the habit, she just bit
her own knees instead whenever I did up the girth or the leg straps on the
rug.
