Running Bear Farm

I have a friend currently in the US who can bring some things back for me
and Running Bear has been recommended for tack.  However, all I ever get on
the phone is an answering machine that asks me for my password.....of which
I have millions but none for them!!  <G>  So now what?  Is there a secret
word?  Or have they packed up and gone to Tahiti?
