Yes the owners definitely were fined. We also got a very good settlement from
their insurance company. I wouldn't go thru that again if you paid me. The
headaches that came with it!!! 2 years later I'm still achey a bit. The
swelling went down so much that the pin is sticking out a bit. That's why the
pins are coming out Fri. I will be at the Celebration Ride this June on my own
horse. Now that's an accomplishment. My mare is almost 12 and her first time
on trail was this past Sept. and she loves it. The previous owners never did
that in the 10 years they owned her. Deb
