lighter side - WANTED PERFECT PIT CREW

Well I'm off to another ride this weekend, and while I'll have a blast,
I will be experiencing some envy for folks who have pit crews.  So I
have composed the following "want ad."

Wanted pefect pit crew person:

Candidate should have extensive knowledge of horses, 
ideally knowing as much about ground handling, grooming,
icing legs, etc. as any racetrack groom and have patience of
Job with my horse.  Knowledge of nutrition, saddle fit, etc a 
plus, but must be willing to do things my way. 

must have great organizational skills and have 'lytes', mashes, hay, etc
ready when I get into checks, but not be obsessive or get upset
with my random distribution of stuff.

Ability  to do massage a plus (preferably both equine and human)

Having good ride strategies and motivatonal skills a plus.

Willing to sleep in a cramped camper, tent, or pick-up cab.

Willing to get up in the middle of the night to walk and feed
the horse a plus. 

Willing to work for some combination of ride t-shirts, beer, and the
oppurtunity to condition my other horse.
