Kim, someone posted the same phenomenon a week or so ago.  I sent a copy
of his post to Susan and she said she's checking into it.  That makes 2
that it's happened to.  If this is the problem, it means that the printer
has a problem.  

If there is anyone else out there that this happens to, please let me
know.  She may need proof if she demands that they reimburse her for all
the first class postage for individual mail outs, or whatever.  I don't
know how she'll handle it.  She just started using a new printer 2 issues
ago, but they put out a really nice magazine.  The weight of the cover
increased and doesn't crumple so easily.  I hope they make this up to her
and straighten out their problems.
