Horses can stress into illness just as humans can.  Could it be that she
stressed out enough in remembering the last time on that trail?  People do
this - why couldn't the horse?  Roger - were you concerned about the heat
and the long trailer ride and the last time you were on that trail with
her?  She can pick up on that enough to make her ill as well, especially
since she is probably in tune to you as much as you are to her.
