Do you know Bill Sherfessee?

Hey some of you NATRC people, does anyone know a judge (or former judge)
named Bill Sherfessee (sp?)  He had a stud horse he called "Abou".

I'd like to know more about him (Kaboot's sire).  If you have any idea
how I could get in touch with him, or Abou's registered name, I'd like to
hear from you.
