ctr-natrc passed a rule last year you can soak legs in ice water-- with
ice in the water.. just cant use a boot.. can also use it wash the
horse..

go figure-- cant shoe how i want .. but can use all the ice and ice
water.. strange how and why these rules get made... ice and cold water
use was considered in the best intrest of the horse.. but who needs ice
to cool a horse doing 5mph?
of course i will do ice  soaks at night   why not...
