Are you sure that it is not Strangles?  Sounds a lot like it, but I haven't

Thought I would post that I also went to the ride in Nevada two weeks ago
and now have a sick horse, please read the post from the guest about VIRUS
ALERT if you were at this ride you may have a horse that needs attention..
I don't want to be redundant  because they listed the symptoms so well.
