Most are REALLY non-commercial. The highway patrols idiots in my state told me
that if I haul horses..even my own, I must be doing it to make money. I have
been drilled about how I make a living...it is NONE of their business as long
as I am hauling for pleasure.
What happened to "innocent until proven guilty". The burden of proof is on us,
the drivers, to prove are are not commercial rather than the other way around.
I would think that a better licensing system would help tremendously. Like RV
type tags for horse trailers and the truck that tow them.
