re: pulling back while tied (long)
Just a word of caution on tying up with a Be Nice halter.  I know of 2 
horses that were seriosly injured because of pulling back with one.  The 
first peeled a stip of hide off to the bone down its face about 3' wide 
and a foot long.  The second had permanent severe nerve damage and lost 
the use of its lips.  It looked like it had had a stroke.  About a year 
later it had regained some control but was never the same.
