WW Trailers?

OK, I checked the archives and couldn't find a comprehensive trailer thread.
	
What do ridecampers think about WW steel trailers?	
I am considering purchasing a 1997, 3 horse slant load, bumper pull.  The
seller is asking $4800.
Is it a good brand?
Does it tow nice?
Is it of good quality manufacturing?
What do you think is a fair price?
