camelbak
I've got the *mule* version of a camelbak.  It has a soft fillable
bladder inside a small back pack with pockets and straps and zippers,
etc.  Nice padded straps adjust easily and a waist strap holds it in 
place.
The only problem was the bounce which just about broke my shoulders. 
Solved the problem by getting a length of 2 inch wide elastic and a quick
release plastic buckle to go with it.  When I put on the camelbak I put
the elastic around outside the pack and up under my armpits, buckled in
front.  Stops the bounce and also takes a lot of the weight off of my
shoulders.  The elastic is easily adjustable for comfort during the ride.
