Tree Size

Our second horse was fitted for a Sharon Saare Saddle, tree size CC. My
mom was going to purchase the saddle, but now she is not (Bad Fall). We
need a saddle, but don't want to spend a lot of money. Does anyone know
what size that correlates into a regular saddle? Is a CC a common size?
Would this be like a "semi quarter horse bars" size? Or an average
"arabian bar"?
