NEW MEXICO STATE EQUINE LIABILITY LAW
ACT SJC/SENATE BILL 269.aa 1993

All activities involving horses, mules, donkeys or ponies have inherent 
risks for participants.
New Mexico protects operators and others from liability for injuries 
which are the result of an equine animal's behavior.
