She is a very well-known person in the field of animal behavior, specifically 
in the area of slaughterhouse design. Seems awful, but she has researched the 
most 'humane' ways to set up slaughterhouses and procedures for killing 
animals in the least stressful way. She was/is autistic and has a very 
imteresting personal history. In the livestock slaughter inductry she is 
considered the most expert expert around. There have even been some artilces 
about her in the mainstream press. -Amy
