I do feel that Chef d'Equipe Rick Stewart has tried hard to promote
communication between squad members even clear back when the squad was still a
long list.  Fortunately, the horses get to travel together, live together,
exercise together, etc. for about three weeks prior to the event, which will
help a lot, too.
