Connie, you did an excellent job of explaining how a seemingly "nice" piece of
regulation is often just one more legal stanglehold that does not address any
"real" issues, and how a thinking individual should be able to see through the
smokescreen and deny the legislation, even while sticking tightly to the
standards that the legislation supposedly promotes. Outstanding letter.
