I use the reese hitch setup as well and am very pleased with it. Also,
the plate will go with me on my new truck and all that is necessary on
the new truck is the installation of the bars which is much less
expensive in the long run than installing a fold down hitch, plus I
don't have a hole in the bed of my truck.
