At the Wine Country 25/50 this year we had a tester show up. She called
ahead and told me she would be there.

AERC takes $1 per horse starting and the State of CA DoA takes $3.00 per
horse starting.

I have seen drug testers at quite a few Northern California rides,
especially the big ones.
