Boy, ain't that the truth! I face that all the time, because I've lost
30 lbs. since I started riding 2 years ago, so naturally people who
haven't seen me in awhile (all I ever do now is work and go to the barn)
ask how I lost the weight, and I say "riding my horse" and they say, "Aw,
come on, what kind of secret diet did you use? You don't burn calories
sitting on the back of a horse." And, boy, do I ever want to put them on
the back of Crazy Cash, kick him into a canter and let those ignoramii
"sit there" for about 30 minutes. :)

AMEN!!! I am in the same boat!!! More than losing weight, I have toned up. So
while the scale does not register this incredible weight loss I am more trim
and tone because as we all know, fat weighs less than muscle so I have shrunk
some fat and built up some muscle.
