Ok folks,
I did not ask if whoa were an option to start another dang discussion on
training! Yes, all our horses know what whoa is, BUT......what I was
refering to is a sonic boom <insert scary, tramatic thing here> bear or
landslide has just startled your horse......do you have enough control
in a vosal to be able to turn them about (such as a snaffle)?
Reason I asked is because of the way that the reins attatch it seems as
though it would be difficult to flex the horse side to side.
I had a horse that I rode all over in nothing more than a sidepull (and
she was hot) but the sidepull allows you to flex them to the side.....
hope this makes my question a little more clear, I really don't want to
get into a training discussion......
thanks
