Man Bites Dog! Not really, but sort of. I have a horse that chases
dogs with a vengeance. If they get in front of her on the trail, she
will stomp on them. If they get behind her, she will kick. I have seen
lots of horses go after dogs. This seems to be the natural thing for
them to do when annoyed or threatened by dog-wolf-coyote-types. Thus, I
don't really have to worry about my horse... but dog owners may want to
seriously consider whether they want to jeopardize their dogs' health by
bringing them around so many unknown horses. Would you take your horse
to a dog trial? Leave the dogs home.
