I have also been experimenting with horse cookies over the winter months.
Applesauce made
the cookies chewy which some horses don't like. I now puree carrots in my
blender for the
mix. I also add some oil. I have been using an oven setting of 300
although I plan to
try 200 degrees overnight or my dehydrator. The pasta machine sounds like a
great idea.
Made a big batch to take to the NJ 3 day 100 this weekend. I'll hand out
samples and
get some feed back.
