If you can find someone near you who knows about Feldenkrais exercises (
I think at some point it was called Relaxercise- there was a book of exercises
published but it may be out of print now) they can help you. I cannot explain
how these small movements work but they sure do. The exercises will balance
out your body- meaning that one side will not overpower the other one- you'll
stand balanced and sqaure-not twisted. I have a friend who is a rower and it
helps him alot too. Once you learn the exercises you can do them on your own
each day - some can even be done while sitting in a chair (even when you're at
work at a desk!) There is probably something on the Web about this- have a
