I feed my horse's grass when they are trailering. It basically keeps them
busy and my Arab loves to chew on the trailer if he doesn't have food. When I
have to travel for days, I have to feed in the trailer because the horses get
really tired of the trailer and so on. I don't feed a whole lot of hay, just
enough to munch on. Hope this helps. I would like to see the downs on this.
