A SMALL molded DOT in ONE corner goes NEXT to the horse..Your foot will then
slant out about 1 degree..
This design 'opens' the outside of the knee joint..
try this..stand flat.. on the ground..center your self.
then roll the ankles out//on the oustide of your shoe..
NOTE the KNEE.. it bows out
the ouside of the knee joint when on a flat stirrup will pin IN to the
saddle.. AND the Knee will hurt.
On the big stirrups with a fat pad ..most riders will ride on the outside of
the shoe..running shoe boot ..since the thick pad allows you to do this..
the flex rides use a thin pad..made from nylon and have a little give..
I ride a size 11 running shoe.. it can be a tight..
not for the big foot rider... size 11 is MAX in a std width.
and they cost less...
