Question: Horse wants to always be first when riding with others.
Horse may have a fit and even start bucking if he doesn't get his or
her way. What are some of the training techniques used to break the
horse of this habit?
---------------
It's a tough one, but best thing you can do is find some sympathetic
friends for this one. Go out with one rider, first, and take turns.
Then add another rider. Practice being in the front, middle, and
back. Have the horse separate from the group and meet up later, if
the trail allows it. This is essential, if someone ever gets hurt
and you need to leave to get help.
Is this a general question? You CAN'T be talking about Mystery-
he sure didn't look to me like he cared when I rode with you in
groups, he was well behaved where ever he was!
