ride managers/riders questions

Hello all, I was just having a discussion with a rider who is fairly new
to endurance. She attended a ride that was a first time ride/first time
ride manager. It led me to a question that I would like to ask you all.
I am particularly interested in first time managers, but any will do. I
am not particular if it is a first time ride or not!
The questions. What do you feel is the biggest mistake you have made as a
ride manager? What got you the most complaints?
What do you feel is the biggest positive you have done as a ride manager?
What has gotten you the most compliments?
As a rider, what do you hate the most about a ride? If you show up and
find out that ____? Or what do you like the most? What is the biggest
reason you will not attend a ride? the biggest reason you will attend a
ride.

I am only trying to get a feel of the most common mistakes ride managers
make, or the most common positives a manager may make!!
