Just wanted to extend my apologies for submitting a non-endurance related
post yesterday. After I sent it I got caught up on email that had been
sitting for a few days, and read the reminder about staying focused on
Endurance from Steph. OOPS
I also wanted to thank those of you who sent me good suggestions...I'll pass
them along to my friend and try to stick to endurance on the list.
