Patty, I'm glad that you enjoy Tom's writing style. Really! I do not doubt
that he has a wealth of knowledge - and I'm sure more than I'll ever have
regarding equine nutrition. I just don't recall him EVER giving Susan any
credit OR commenting on her notes in a constructive manner that would promote
intelligent and mature discussion. It perhaps tended to sway me onto Susan's
side AND thus perhaps I was looking through rose colored lenses. Not the
best thing to do if you really want to keep learning things.
I do wish Tom well.... my father just had quadruple bypass surgery right
before Christmas....
Tom says that he is leaving for a while because of a heart attack... I hope
it truly is because of that and not a "I'm taking my toys and leaving" thing.
In any case, I will think of him and pray for his improved health.
