Here's the deal:
I want to buy a 3 horse Sundowner with LQ (small) The trailer weighs 6800
dry and fully loaded could get upto 11000lbs. my truck (Ford F250 7.3L
diesel 3/4 ton) is rated for GCVW of 11000. Obviously that won't work.
So my question: Does anyone tow big goosencks with a 3/4 ton?
Is it possible, recommended, smart , etc. to upgrade the rear-end of 3/4 ton
to get more payload for towing?
I would reallty appreciate the advice etc since I can not afford a new truck
AND trailer.
Thanks in advance and please email me privately since I dought this is of
interest to the list.
