Hi: I had also looked into the use of these two products and whether or
not they were considered drugs and was told by a former AERC board person
that they were not permitted and could be picked up on a drug test. The
AERC Medication Policy Supplement: Version Oct 91 lists both of these as
being "NONpermissible substances not to be given within 96 hours of the
competition".
