Winter Blanket

I have a thin skinned Arab that freezes when the wind, rain, and snow
blows. She loves wearing clothes and it is that time again to buy her a
new winter blanket to keep her dry.

I am looking for a manufacture that makes a nice winter blanket with the
following items:

Waterproof or very, very water resistant.
Shoulder gusset for more freedom.
Nylon lined in the shoulder area to save her fur.
Priced at around $100.

Waterproof, water resistant, and water repellant. Hummmm, what do they
really mean?

Does anyone know what the "US Shower Test" is?
