Does anyone use those *wasp* fly eating critters..do they work..suspect they
DIE off come winter..
Anything SAFE to put on the stall floor?
The commercial sprays are costly and last at least 15 minutes...
Here is one I am sure many have tried...
partial from DR Joyce Harmon...with my mods (of course)
1 QT cider vineger
1 QT Witch Hazel
2-3 Tablespoons Mineral OIL
5 Drops or 1/2 tsp Citronella Oil (concentrated... found in a drug store
$5 -2 oz)
5-10 drops or 1/2 to 1 tsp eyucalyptus oil .(.ok so I need a spell
checker in AOL editor) but you know what I mean
Put in a pump up spray bottle.. works ok lasts about as long as the other
stuff and its all safe...
Can add more of the last oils..will work better but then it costs more..
Some of the herbs will help with flys..I need to find out what they are and
make a tincture. Have to read the herb book...
I guess we all do the same thing ..just live with the problem..
Anyone feed the xxxx ?? feed thru stuff?? does it work worth the cost??
