His vet came out and she made a good diagnosis and injected
the joint with cortazone. I guess the injection was painful
to the horse and painful to watch, but the next day the horse
was *much* more comfortable and sound again. Since then he
has been placed on Oral CS and GAG's and is back in service.
It's hard to second guess a treatment after the fact. It
worked really well and the horse is doing great.
