To get there just get on I-70 and go west til it dead ends.  That's I-15.  
Have fun pulling Loveland and Vail Passes with a rig tuned to sea level.  
The turbo- diesels do OK but the gassers can't get enough air.  If you have 
more than one horse in your trailer, you'd better have more than 350 ci and 
a tune up for altitude or you won't make it over those big hills.  
If you have a less powerful rig, I'd suggest going I-80 or I-40, the passes 
are a LOT easier on those routes.
