I see an 8 mile Ride and Tie im May thats close.
My husband runs 5 or more miles every day. It
would be fun to get him involved in riding, and
me in some running, or walking. Are there rules,
like you have to change off so many times or
anything ? Can one person ride most of the way
and the other run ?
