What about their timothy/alfalfa hay cubes? My worry is that the cubes may
cause choke during competition. Could they be used during rides if you soak
them in water like I do the horse's feed? Several companies are pushing
using only the cubes rather than loose hay. Does anyone have experience
doing this? Or comments??
The distributor is attempting to convince me to use their MoorMan's GROSTRONG
12% Texturized Horse Feed and MoorMan's GROSTRONG Minerals for Horses. The
feed contains some cane molasses. Is this a problem with endurance horses?
My horses have been doing quite well on the oat/corn, Power Plus, and timothy
hay diet. However, maybe there's something better.
