Hello all, greetings from warm & cheerful Neosho, MO where our windchill
yesterday morning was -12 with 4 " of snow. I do believe that winter (or
summer ) was created to give our horses a rest. Having lived in Mesa, AZ
with Hades-like summers & gorgeous winters, in NE PA where snow can occur
between Sept. & May, & in N Virginia where humidity has been given a new &
different meaning, no one has a monopoly on nice training weather. Mary
Koefod said when she moved to the Ozarks from MN she no longer had only to
look forward to contemplating personality improvement over the winter. One
day it's horrid, the next could be fantastic. Today the weather was in in hi
40's. Perfect, except I have other commitments. Regards to all, Carol
Patterson, CT Region. PS, the grass is always greener in other regions.
Happy New Year & Happy Trails to You
