"Wrapped in Plastic"Check this out: http://www.dow.com/silage/resource/horse_silage.htm The cow farmers all over upstate NY don't know what to do with the miles of plastic wrap that the cow silage produces. So, guess where it's going. The farmers have no way of recycling the stuff. And, they can't afford to take it to the landfill if any of the landfills would take it which they won't.
