[RC] Posture & Pickups & Balls & Horses - Naomi PrestonYes, that would be the best position for a person sitting on a
ball. But a ball does not have a suspension system like a horse, with
a front and a hind end, and a back inbetween. I've sat on a ball
in the gym, and yes, the best place to sit is on your pockets. But
that's so the ball does not move. We want the horse to be able to move
freely.
Maybe Lynn could comment on the engineering and movement differences of
a ball vs. a horse.
