Ok....so what is the minimum age for the rider? 16 ???? If so, Joni can 't do it.

If it's a 3* ride, she'll have to qualify first - at * (50) and **
(75)!!
I just found out that my FEI horse is no longer qualified - (even though
he's done many FEI rides, including a 4* Pan American Championship!) -
because he hasn't done a 3* ride since January 07. So - he would have to do
a *, and then a ** if I want to do an FEI 100 (3*) on him again. I don't
think it's worth it...
